I don’t know on the gen2 cars. I give Detroit Tuned a call and ask. Unless you are putting out huge HP you don’t need a bigger clutch.

Stick with the OEM clutch. No one ever really goes bigger when it comes to clutches. Different flywheels but not clutches.
We don’t know the mileage or history of your car but if it lasted a long time I would replace it with the OEM.
If you are the original owner and the car only has 20,000 miles I would say you may need a lesson on driving stick. (Hahaha)
If you are the 2nd owner and have no idea how the first person drove the car and the car has 150,000 and needs a clutch that fine but I would still stay OEM. -

If they offer one now I'd go with the Valeo kit, I've put a number of them in R53's with great success. Smooth clutch, and easy on the left leg. Comes with a solid flywheel to replace the dual mass and it's about 1/2 the cost of OEM.

I went OEM because I get a huge discount and my OEM one lasted 100k.
I did not own the car for the entire 100k so who knows what damage was done buy the prior owner for the first 20,000 miles.
Mine did not fail or slip. I just replaced it while the new OSG super locker lsd diff was going in with new RMW axles and other seals. It just seemed stupid not to replace it at 100k while we were in there. :ihih:
