So much credibility for saying "always within the lines and the speed limits".

I think we all bend the rules a bit. Heck I even did that on my way to & from the grocateria this morning. While I was there I went up the down isle & down the up one. :Sneaky:

Edit > Forgot to mention I had the shopping trolley on three wheels a couple of times. Sorry no pics, where's Kill Boy when you need him? ;)

On 3 wheels is NOT "at a safe and social distancing speed". If you are carrying that much speed and going over the white [inside] line, on a curve, on 3 wheels while on a public highway, and then bragging about it and taking pics as well, there is something wrong with that kind of thinking. You're not a kid anymore. You have " an understanding wife and 4 kids"...WHY jeopardize them if you were to crash or cross the other line, as well as any driver coming from the opposite direction on the other side of the curve?

When rounding a curve on the Dragon on 3 wheels even when a white line is involved, can you ALWAYS be sure that someone will not be screaming towards you from the other side? If so, then, I doubt if even YOUR "vast" experience will help either of you. That's a risk I shall NEVER take and I "obviously have never driven down on the Dragon with" you and doubt if I ever want that "pleasure"...or, is it "pressure"?.

Yeah, right. That's why I drove to and from the Dragon from the Fall of 2004 until 2018, including ALL of the MOTDs to that point as well as a double dose in 2007. I've seen more than my share of nutsos on and off the Dragon. YOU stay safe.

You always go back to that "if you have been down to the Dragon" crap. You seem to think I have not been there, and THAT is real crap. I spend the WHOLE time at MOTD, driving, and have since 2005 thru 2017. My first time to the Dragon was in the Fall of 2004, and even though it was not MOTD, I still spent almost a week there...driving.

Gee...a group of 15 guys at the Dragon last week...NO face masks, and NO social distancing. When you got back to Ohio, did YOU quarantine yourself for 14 days [like you are supposed to do when you leave Ohio and then come back from other states], or is that just more "crap" and does not apply to you?

Sorry that I got the impression that you had no idea what the Dragon was all about based on your comments.

Thanks again for your concern. Please note that I was 10 feet in front of this group of people. I’ve posted many pics showing my social distancing all weekend. I slept in my MINI for this entire weekend. I used a face mask when entering any type of building(or fueling my MINI), protective gloves, washing of hands, sanitizer & minimum 6 foot social distancing the entire time I was at the Dragon. And I am and will follow quarantine rules as required. And again, let me thank you for your concern. Have a great day. Stay safe!

See you next year at MOTD, I hope. IF I am able to get there, I'll be doing my 15th [and final] Cigar Salon, on the Porch and right after the Welcome Dinner.

Whether I get to MOTD and the Cigar Salon or not, 2021 WILL be my final trip down to the Dragon, so you won't have ME around to rag on you anymore.

I AM calm, Dave...a helluva lot calmer than YOU have been in the past when you have run people off this site.

However, Colin and I have resolved our differences via private emails. All is good again...at least for now. The red mist is gone.

There is always the Sleeping Dragon run in the Fall, but then, the "leaf watchers" might kill you...LOL

I love the smokies in the fall. Best time of year if you ask me. Although the silver crested leaf peepers can try ones patience.
