194 people and 140 MINIs!
While some people don’t register, it’s awesome those that embrace this event! Huge thanks to Barry and all his hard work the 8 months of the year! Also thanks to all the volunteers who help out putting on a great event!

I don't know if we will be at the Dragon with you guys this year. That 9 year old is now 23 and teaching middle school as he works on his flying ratings. So unless MOTD match spring brake at his school we won't get to come. He just got a Honda S2000 and we are chomping at the bit to hit the roads over there. If we don't make MOTD there is a S2000 event there we will go to (As the Helmet would be the lone MINI I will take it easy on them). If we cant make that we will spend our own time on the Dragon.
We have made a lot of great memories at MOTD together.-

Speaking of kids, one year they had “Little Dragons”. A day camp for kids! Pamalala organized it and it was a helpful thing for parents! If someone wanted to organize this again, contact Barry!

Midnight on the dragon was stopped because too many people crashed and don’t pay attention while driving in the dark.
Too many people think they need to be on a 2 way radios chatting while driving.
‘Look a turkey, a bear.....and a tree...crash”
A few of us do our own late night (1-2am) runs but you have to watch out for locals having races in the middle of the night. The Dragon never sleeps.-
