Ads are often fed to you based on third party cookies, not by site, so it could be that your privacy settings in your browser are set insufficiency to block third party tracking.

Those types of adverts were blocked in 2009 when the Google Advertising modules were setup. So are political, lending and other potentially annoying ad types.

I use safari on my iPad Pro.

Clear everything gain. Detete you favorite and reboot.

Then type the MA URL again, enter your ID check the remember me box.

Then enter your password and login.

Now make your favorite once you are in and save your PW.

 

BTW, in addition to asking websites not to track you, there is a "private browsing" mode that deletes all cookies and histories when the session is closed.
