So I am loving my new Kindle Fire. Have gotten some great books from friends and am now looking for a source for free comics.

    Anyone know of any?

Boy does Demonoid have a selection!

I have a friend who has a very extensive CaLibre library and he made them available to me. Interested ?......lol

I would be,but I'm on an iPad. But I'm still interested to learn. I've always felt that book sharing was a cornerstone of a civilization. PM me details if you're so inclined.

If you're not adverse to torrents, there's a lot out there. Cloudreader is a good iPad app that reads the very popular CBR and CBZ comic format. I have a lot of older comics from the 30's and 40's downloaded that I read. I also have picked up digital versions of comics I own (old X-Men mostly, and Lone Wolf and Cub books) that I store on my iPad for ease of access. I'm of the opinion that if I already own it, it's OK to have a digital version.
