I'm still learning still... my thread may get moved please bare with me , my 2011 s is not on the recall list according to mini of Birmingham AL,anyway had my mini about 5 months now . I can take short trip 5 mil or 30 mils sport mode on or off it does not matter when I shut it down the cooling Fan will run for 8 or 10 min never heard this , the weather may be warm enough to bring it on don't know also this just came on the eng light came on and stays on orange still has power as always any help before i take to the dealer thanks guys we know we have the best we will put up with the trouble talk to me please jpate
Yea have them check the thermostat. My 2012 had the same issues with the fan running for long periods of time. Dealer replaced thermostat and fixed the issue.
I have seen this in two 2012 countrymans and a 2011 convertible. Definitely get the thermostat checked!!
