I can help with the "two part center rail", as there is a picture of it in the brochure I got for my wife. The front rail stops at the rear of the front seats and then starts again at the front of the rear seats. In other words the center rail is only between the two sets of seats, so you won't have to climb over it if you want to switch seats in the rear. We are going with tht and it is at NO extra cost.
