    Received an invitation from the local MINI dealer to test drive the MINI Coupe on Sept. 24th. Absolutely positive that I'm not the only one who got an invite of course.

    Test driving is only one step above window shopping. :drool

    Just came back from dealer and he was telling me that the roadster release date is Feb 12th or 16th 2012, forgot the exact date he told me, lol. Said he was just at a meeting at Montvale yesterday.

    Of the current Coupes being produced that I know of (23) mine is the second to roll off the production line / First on a boat / and likely arriving in Baltimore on the 29th of September. It will have to be delivered to my dealer in Omaha so my guess would be around the first or second week of October you should see custom order Coupes showing up. So my guess would be East coast dealers should be seeing coupes last week of September.
