I've had a weakness for covers for years. Coverville is my favorite podcast, by far. Abney Park's Steampunk version of Creep is amazing. There are several videos of this song you can find on YouTube if you want to see what the band looks like in concert, but the best version is the album version. Robert has some serious chops. This song rocks live. [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kol2FpGQTKw]YouTube - Abney Park - Creep.wmv[/ame]
Had no idea there was a site like Coverville. Going to have to add this podcast to my list. Thanks for sharing.
No problem. Brian does an awesome show and has for about 5-6 years or so. There are so many back issues of it you'll be listening for months.
And now for something completely different. [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A2-4kRsVjww]YouTube - Pink Project - Disco Project[/ame]
I can't find videos but Barry White's "Never Never Gonna Give You Up" has been covered by Cake, and Wayman Tisdale - with Toby Keith on vocals. [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KXGnSrdj2pU]YouTube - Never Never Gonna Give You Up[/ame] Cake also covers, among other things, War Pigs

Those were wonderful Nathan. Neil Young is one of my favorite songwriters ( but I'm not biased just because we went to the same high school back in Winnipeg) Mark

Stumbled over this ... On 8 July 2012, the entirely student-run Trinity Orchestra returned with a new performance of their most adventurous and highly anticipated musical project: Pink Floyd's iconic 70s progressive rock album 'The Dark Side of the Moon' arranged for full orchestra, band, and singers. Following 2011's Daft Punk medley, this music video shows the full orchestral performance of "Time" and "Breathe (Reprise)" in Christ Church Cathedral as part of the 10 Days in Dublin Festival. The full set list included "Shine On You Crazy Diamond", Pink Floyd's 'The Dark Side of the Moon', "Wish You Were Here" and "Comfortably Numb".
