    I told them I wanted to order a plain aluminum dip stick instead of the red one because I wanted to get it polished and they sent me a polished one. How cool is that.

    Over the last 9+ years we've met Kellen and bought a few things from Cravenspeed. I just bought a new gauge pod from them and Kellen saw a pic of our engine bay after all the work we've done and didn't like the way that his strut tower defenders were looking after being in the car for the last 6 years so he sent us a set of their new and improved ones, unsolicited and gratis.

    You would have loved their short shifter. I bought one from Craven in April of last year and they covered the installation by Helix at the Dragon. In all my dealings with those guys I have nothing but good things to say about them.

    For anyone contemplating the purchase of their short shifter, I highly recommend purchasing the shift-well cover to replace the leather shifter boot. IMO it makes for a much cleaner look and makes it easier to adjust the shifter if desired.

    Few years back I installed Craven's short shifter and knob and loved it. Recently decided to switch out the Craven knob for a JCW carbon fiber knob and Jeremy assisted me with a shift knob adapter with no hang ups. Kudos to their outstanding customer support!

    I've only purchased a stubby antenna and a oil dip stick from them. In both instances the quality of the product and the service I received couldn't have been better.

    I had numerous questions about their GPS instrument mount. Got great service online, then when the part arrived, it needed a different arm. Tradeout with return shipping all covered by Cravenspeed.
    Wish I could have gotten such good service from the local Mini Dealer. I might have bought my car from him.
