If you are interested in running a drive, I have a MOTD drive 'in the can', already mapped and full instructions ready to go. It runs from Fontana to Highlands via the Hellbender and back via Wayah Road (another up and coming Dragon-like road in the area). There is a drive-thru waterfall in the trip... a great photo-op. Highlands is a cute little town with a thriving downtown area full of restaurants, cafes, art, antiques, shopping, etc. all within an easy walk. It makes for a nice lunch run, but will take 1.5 hour there and maybe a bit more on the way back, plus lunch 'on your own' time.
I thought about running that one as well, but I always try and cram too much into my MOTD time and I'm trying to get more relaxation time in this year and not have everything scheduled down to the minute. If you want it, I'd be happy to help you with instructions, routes, tips/hints, and maybe even pre-drive the route one evening w/ you (or anyone else who wants to step up and help make MOTD 2011 a great event by giving some time to lead a drive). If I'm not leading a drive at that same time, I could even provide you with a GPS with the full route programmed in.

Thank you! Someone was talking about a list like this just the other day.
Can I post this over at our local forum, metroplexmini.org? -

I did something like this for my first MOTD. I thought I was the only crazy one!
Nice work. This will be very helpful! Thank you. -

Your welcome everybody!
I just find this breakdown much easier to use and it really helps plan out the week/weekend this way. Now you can easily see what's going on each day and plan exactly how you want the day to play out for you! -
I'm thinking about creating a public iCal calendar with the times/locations/info of events that people can subscribe to on their phones. I'm going to do it for myself either way so that it is easy to pull up and look at... but if other people want me to make it available to them I'll make sure it is very detailed.

Sweet! If there were such thing as member of the month you'd have my vote.

I only have a couple events added, but I'll make sure everything is there before April! -

I just edited the first post to include the Google calendar I had made up also. A big help to anyone using Android phones!

Now... how about hyperlinks on each of the calendars to lead to websites, forum discussions or files (PDF maps, etc)
LOL!!!

Well, not sure as to how much help this is gonna be anymore almost all of the events with "limits" are filled up. I'm thinking when I get out there, I'll spend a day driving around and seeing the dragon's tail, and maybe getting a group run organized for everyone who has nothing planned when everything else is filled up.
