Hey man, your car looks great. I like how you darken the fender lights. I want to do the same. Did you use a Tinted Side Reflector Film or did you replace the whole thing with a clear/smoked light?

Dark Helmet is a VERY good looking car! Congratulations. I ordered my 2012 Coupe on line. You have a lot more mods than me but the thing I absolutely LOVE about my Coupe is the MOODY look the car gets from the JCW aero kit. Tires blow up, black out everything, low skirt, absolutely FANTASTIC...Moody doesn't quite describe it. I'm sure that Dark Helmet intimidates all the other cars when you're not looking.....:devil:

 

If you get to see it in person it even looks better than the pictures.

While a built R53 would be nice, I would miss Dark Helmet!

 

Buy a nice GP one & track the heck out of it. Track the dark helmeted one.

 

A original GP would be fun to track but finding one that the current owner think it's worth the price of gold is the hard part.

I would buy a late R53 and gut it, boom you have a GP without worrying about crashing a limited # car. The only thing you will be missing is the non functional GPP rear wing.

 

Crankshaft may have a spare R53 shortly.
