The dealer I purchased my MINI from now thinks I have a 2011 7 Series BMW. I get service reminders and then surveys all the time. I've emailed and called them more than once to let them know too.
They have done nothing to change my status so I called the MINI Sales Manager there and asked him to ship my 7 from Fort Worth to Columbus. That didn't get their attention either.
Giving them all 1's in the survey and explaining that I do not own a 7, do not live in the area and have requested removal from the list in the comments finally got through to them.

Hah... Yeah...
So now she's calling me while I'm at work. I was out and about yesterday and there was a message that she called. -
The dealer I purchased from sent me a letter saying they had several people lately looking for a 2004 Mini and that I should come in, LOL ya right !!!! and thats another reason I do not use a dealer for anything except initial purchase of vehicle period.

I still get cards to trade in my wife's Nissan Murano... The one that we turned in at the end of the lease to get the 3 year lease on a Cadillac, which we turned in over 2 years ago for her current Volvo crossover.
