I heard about them newfangled CD players, I'm still running my 8 track player hooked up to my reverb with my mirrored "Disco Ball".

I've heard about them newfangled 8 track players. I'm still running a turntable for my records hooked up to a tube powered amp.

If you really think about it, things have really come a long way fast. Back when the items we are talking about were around, things seemed to change slowly and you up upgraded every five years or so. Now an item is obsolete the day after it is released for sale. Things might not have been simpler then, but it sure was a slower pace.
