As one that does run "daily" with ducted brakes I can report it's quite the eye opener when you don't have much of a pedal for a bit after a long highway run in the rain with temps in the 50's or lower.

need to change the bumper
the inserts/lower grille kit is slick and about 130 bucks BUT only fits into the aero bpr-I already tried it on my 08-

Either way you have to take off you bumper to fit them and run the tubing.

In addition there are 2 versions of the brake ducts. They differ by model year. I can't recall when it changed but it was with the R56 refresh in like 2010-11? ish.
Anyway, I had the black brake ducts on my 09 JCW and ordered the red ones. The holding tabs are in different locations and they don't plug and play with the grill insert. -
