ONLINE RESORT RESERVATIONS AVAILABLE NOW!

If you don't want to call your MM9 hotel reservation in, the online reservation option is now open. Visit MM9 Event 2013 Room Request Form to reserve your rooms!

A few things to note in regards to the online site:
- The site will hold a room for you but does not actually confirm the reservation until it is manually entered into the Disney reservation system.
- You will receive an Online Confirmation from the site but will not receive the actual Resort Confirmation until the reservation has been entered into the Disney system. (This may take up to five days business days from the date you receive the Online Confirmation.)
- The dates offered on the site for room reservations are for September 26th - 30th only. If you would like to book pre or post nights you will need to contact the Disney reservations office at 407-939-4686 to inquire about availability.
- If you need to make changes or requests to your room reservation you need to wait until you receive your Resort Confirmation. Any changes, requests or cancellations must be made by calling 407-939-4686.
- The online site will only be available until August 27th. After the contracted cutoff date, attendees may inquire for availability by calling 407-939-4686.

 

In addition to resort registration, Disney has created a special website for our event which includes details about Disney Theme Parks, Disney's Magical Express, and more. Plus, they are offering our group a 10% discount off multi-day park tickets. This is a great deal if you are planning on adding some days at WDW to your MM9 trip.

If you are planning on taking advantage of the discounted park tickets we have some news for you.

We just found out that Walt Disney World increased some of their ticket prices, effective last Sunday, June 2nd. However, they will still let our event attendees purchase park tickets at the discounted prices they already gave us from now until June 29th. On June 30th the prices that we are being discounted at will increase. So if you want to buy tickets to the theme parks buy them now! We have had a couple of reports of folks not being able to make reservations through the online system for the resort. We have spoken with the resort, and there is still space available, however because our block is filling up the amount of space allocated on the website has been limited. At this point we recommend calling the reservation line directly and they will be able to get your reservation confirmed right away.
