    I believe it was the alternator and MINI of Knoxville hooked her up with a loaner to take to the Dragon...

    Just to be sure, check your crank pulley, it has a rubber center than can fail......

    Yep, sounds like either vanilla belt failure, or belt failure caused by crank pulley failure. Been there, done that.
