    12 hours until I leave! All packed and ready to head to Summit Racing Equipment for a 10 hour work day. Then head for Charlotte, NC for a family wedding. Then on to the Dragon. Dragon Runs will start first thing Monday morning!

    THIS was supposed to be my last year at MOTD, so it will have to be next year, instead. After that, I'll be wayyyy too old to enjoy much of anything, including cigars...LOL

    Woo! I got Rufus back last Wednesday but the clutch pedal felt weird. It wasn't as springy as before... almost felt like it was 2 stages. I was bleeding the brakes on Saturday morning and thought "Hmmm... I wonder what the clutch slave looks like?" Yep... it was dripping fluid! Luckily, I had a spare slave in the boot, so I got it mounted up, popped it on and blead. Woo! Clutch feels fantastic! I'm still getting used to a slightly higher engagement point, but I'm ready to go!

    Well, it's 8:30 and I planned on leaving a 6:00. Had to do all the little stuff this morning...some not so little. Be there tonight !!!!!

    Well, I had just a wonderful time down at the Dragon. Got to see some of you, but missed most of you. Had to pick up my son from college. (Yes, I was the only parent to pick up his child in a MINI! Lol)

    Actually, that was one of my problems, i made 36 Dragon Runs and wore out my tires....I was worried about driving home in the rain. But gosh the R50 was “freaky fast”! 5200EB4F-0E29-4484-BBE2-7F48AEB8B3A4.jpeg

    All I have to do is put on my new G-Lock brake pads front and rear. R8’s on all four corners, fresh brake flush and a quick alignment check.

    Oh also put the lite and sticky Summer Dragon tires on.

    Yea, I was behind the ball. That said, this thread was started Thursday (thanks @colinmini ) In the past we needed to create new forums for each year. With the new platform, we can keep all the MOTD stuff in one forum and just attach prefix for filtering if you want to see a specific year and build on the threads that are relevant every year like the emergency kit thread.

    Lets see how it goes, I like that going forward all MOTD information will be in one place compared to spread out across the site. I could even pull in the archives if people like the format. If not, I can split out each year like its been done in the past.

    Barry is currently drinking "Ole Smoky Salty Carmel Whiskey". I've got a bottle for him on the shelf right now.

    If you want to buy him something, I'd say try something else but along those lines... we all like to branch out a little. :D
