Who's interested in a short shake down run before the dragon? This weekend is real short notice or the 13th. I was thinking a morning run down to HH. Not the fall drive, a shorter one.
I did that today. Started across 40, stopped at MSR and saw Darin Pigg, they were loading cars for the Long Beach and Laguna Seca Races. Drove out east, headed south down through Mt. Perry, Somerset, Rushville, Sugar Grove, Laurelville, Circleville and back home. Took me most of the day and I had a blast. Gotta clean the helmet now.
I'm out, car will only be out of paint booth for a day. Not going to get it all beat up yet. It's gonna be a beautiful day too.
I'm figuring meet 8am at the Tim's in Canal. On the road no later than 8:30. I'm thinking a straight drive down to avoid the tourist traffic. We can take the "Chuck way" back. It's only going to be a half day run unless we wonder around.
I'll try and keep my road rage in check! I've got a busy day tomorrow and several things that I wanted to get done this weekend, so I'll let you know for sure tomorrow evening.
Was at the tint shop longer then expected yesterday, so need to finish up my other "to do" list items today. Have fun and maybe give a state of the roads update when you get back.
