    ^^ Nice. ^^

Personally, in response to the thread... I need to repaint and install the "replacement" spoiler I picked up a while ago. Install some new gauge faces. Possibly, crack open the headlights to clean and polish the lenses a bit. Touch up the front end from this winter's scars. An oil change. Possibly some new tires... if I decide to go back to my 16" OZs for the summer. That's TBD.

Bought a travel air compressor today. I have to pack my chair, suitcase, and ALLLLLLLLLLLL those cigars for the final shindig Wed. night. Other than that...just the usual rain gear, sweatshirt, 2-way radio with new batteries, and new cell phone if I can figure it out [if not, TFB, but it's going anyway...on its way for some "sailing" at Fontana Dam]. I'll also have the usual detailing/cleaning stuff and my universal map of the area, a flashlight and some mace for the 2 and 4 legged "critters" down there.

My r50 has already been serviced, so it's good to go...clean, it is not, but I'll wash and detail it there.

How often should the tensioner be changed? Mine is original with 66K miles. Changed the belt and installed ATI superdamper about 5K ago. Tensioner OK per the mechanic. Probably depends on how much time at redline?

    Thanks.

Come to the Dragon first. After a few days with us you will realize that it could be worse. Like my Dad would say "With friends like us who needs enemies" :biggrin5:

Not sure Eric. Looked at the Lexus RC350 and going to drive a Nissan 370Z today. If I could afford it I'd go get a corvette!

Oh but the new Corvette's are very nice....

But there is a problem. They're so good, they get boring on the track after awhile. The car won't let you screw up, try as you might. It drives you as much as you drive it. That's the big turn-off for me on virtually all the newer cars--M3's, Vette's, etc. Maybe I'll get smoked by them at the track, maybe on occasion I'll smoke them. But on the days I win, I know I did it without the Viagra like mechanical crutches those other guys used....

Yep...I think you should! In fact, I can see an electric Fiat in YOUR future. Coming to the Dragon will be a REAL adventure, as you run outta juice halfway up the first hill....:ihih:

    DOH! that hurts :biggrin5:

The 'gold chain crowd' has ruined the rep of that car for those of us who strive to make every horsepower count.

From the mid-C5 years to current, they are truly awesome performance cars, and so easy and (relatively) inexpensive to mod.....

The guy in the pix seriously creeps me out.....love the comb-over....
