It does look good. Now get those winter tractor tires off and get that spoiler mounted. Its SPRING my brother.
Dave.0 gave the exterior of the car a little TLC last weekend. I put on my summer tires and carpet shampoo and vacuum will happen this weekend. Last things - alignment and possibly new tires!
Twelve days and counting till I pick up my new-to-me MINI and then head to the Dragon. I'm so psyched my wife refuses to listen to me anymore about it...
Dropped mine off at Best Motor Werks for Anson to do his magic. Fluid changes and overall check over before MOTD.
I remembered this morning I need to pick up a spare tire and a spacer for this trip. Luckily someone's selling a spare locally.
Not my Mini, a friends. I put a new clutch in it. I will need to do my clutch soon. But I really don't want to go through that agin.
I hope so! I still have a lot left to do to the car. Next week is Dragon prep for my Mini and sons Mustang.
Washed today and removed all my belt line trim to clean the dirt from under it. Ok I did not remove the trim to clean under it. I am not that OCD. I am stripping them down and refinishing them since the paint is 3 years old and not looking as good as it used to.
Ordered an upgrade to be installed at the dragon this year. I would have installed it myself but time is running short and the list is growing long.
Got the delivery attempted notice yesterday for one of the components I'm waiting for for the next big mod. That makes 2/3 of the project almost in hand. Just keeping my fingers crossed that the third and most critical component gets itself on the truck and delivered by the middle of next week so I have time to install before leaving for Fontana.
This is for everyone headed to the DRAGON. [ame="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yd-3T2kNxTQ"]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yd-3T2kNxTQ[/ame]
Gnat is ready for pickup from the shop. Just need to swap to summer tires and pack. Oh, and get over to the shop to pick up the car at some point too.
Made a few adjustments to the suspension last night, and hoping to get it all dialed in over the weekend if it doesn't rain. The new tires should do good on the Dragon.
