I do that every opportunity I get... Minus the elderly, small children, or disabled...
Its just carrying on the tradition, I got my fair share of gutter baths growing up.

Way back in the high school days we did that to a guy who was clearing

snow off his sidewalk, the problem was he saw us coming and he really let

go with that shovel, it cracked the windshield and broke off the driver's side

mirror. Needless to say we didn't stop!:cryin:

In the Spring after high school one day (30+ years ago) we where all piled into a buddy's car and were heading home. We saw a guy jogging on a hot and humid day. He was soaked in sweat with no t-shirt on.

Now this was NOT ME but a guy in the front of car rolled down the window and wet his hand and slapped the guy on the back and said "run faster" as we went past him going about 30 mph. It was a loud smack and they guy went down.

We drove up the road and laughed our faces off.

Now after we stopped laughing at what these very stupid these idiots did a few of us drove back to make sure he got up and was ok.
Most of us realized after the fact that they could have killed the poor guy so we went back in another car to check on him to make sure he was ok. when we go to him he was up and jogging about a mile or so up the road without any limps or bleeding from anywhere. (Thank God)

The funny part was when we turned around to go home we saw a HUGE RED ARM AND HAND PRINT welted on his back. I am glad the guy was ok but after I saw that I LMAO.

I've never done that to anyone, nor yet have had it done to me (so far). But I did make some people at a bus stop pretty nervous yesterday when I went around a corner fast enough to get a little wheel-squeal.

I think they thought I was going to go off the road and into them. :)

When I was in high school I took a propane tank fitted it with a long tube inside. A "T" fitting with a tire style air valve on one end and a hose and trigger on the other. We'd fill it 1/2-3/4 with water and pump it up to 100psi at a gas station. Then blast other kids on the strip after football games. It would soak people real quick.

I didn't know it but I invented the super soaker it was 1979

It looks to me like that video was made in Britain, where this counts as 'careless or inconsiderate driving' and can get a fine to £100-200 ($170-340) if the police see you do it. Not surprisingly, that's what happened to a driver who thought it would be amusing to drive through a puddle and soak a police officer.
