It's not the rear drive as much as the power & the weight balance of the Porsche.

The driving style of that vintage 911 is very different than most anything else. Including your Cobra.

Nice! But I would have been yelling into the radio about the car spewing oil all over the track and windshield.

:cornut: Yea but all things considered powerful light rear wheel drive cars and especially, like you said, light powerful rear engine rear wheel drive cars can 'swap ends' very easily. Remember the Cobra(front engine)? Not so much front engine front wheel drive.

:eek6::confused5: Hey thanks Nathan for pointing out what was already stated. Yes the REAR (not mid nor front) engine(heavy rear) REAR wheel drive(power at the heavy rear) Porsche would of course have a completely different driving style from most other cars that are mid or front engine be they rear or front wheel drive. The Cobra would certainly be much different in driving style being front engine(front Heavy) rear wheel drive(power at the light rear). Also the MINI(heavy front, power front, light rear) powers through a turn so much sooner and quicker than a Porsche(light front, power and weight rear). As I had stated, those rear wheel drives(Porsche's in the video) have to wait soooooooooo long into the turn before getting onto the accelerator again which of course the MINI does handily. Thank you for the unnecessary answer to the unasked question.:frown2::frown2:
