    I think it's a speedometer icon since it's displaying the speed. If you press the button on the stalk again the 36 mph will appear on the centre display instead.
    I don't have the energy right now to go out to the car to see if mine does the same (I think it does). I'm particularly lazy on Sunday nights:Yawn:
