Sagan really nailed this, and it's a shame that humans, confine themselves to races/creeds/religions. Imagine what we could accomplish as a species. There are SO MANY talented, gifted, capable minds out there, often dismissed because of prejudice. Life is too short to make others shorter, we can ALL learn from our fellow humans.
