What @Minidave said. It will make your mini produce more power, and well you can never go to fast. RMW does make one but once you go down the rabbit hole of modding your mini you will be addicted.

Hi that would be great if you had those torque settings I don’t think the crank bolt came loose because I put a red paint dot on the bolt and one adjacent on the pulley just as a visual and none of them have moved also the chain is so tight it must have been the cam pulleys that’s moved slightly but can’t understand how it’s just the exhaust valves that bent

Well it's good you found the cause but damn I feel for you all that work has to be redone over a misprinted torque spec just sucks. At least you know it'll be good next round.
Only bent the exhaust because of the way slipping effected valve timing the direction it slipped (Retarded) actually gives the intake more clearance they won't start opening until the piston is down the bore further. But the exhaust will still be open (closing late/retarded) when the piston gets to them.-

Hi Jeff all has went well so far just the cams to fit and timing to set up on Sunday one thing I did find when I had the head on it’s side was a small spring which I think fell out the hole on the vac pump which mates with the exhaust cam should there be anything else like a ball bearing or just the spring it was oily and a perfect fit for that hole regards willie
