Yup I have an it's very easy.
Take one out put the other in, it's really that simple.
The upper VT motor mount is the same way except you have to remove a few more things but its just nuts and bolts.
The trans motor mount on the drivers side is the hardest one to do because you have to unbolt, move and support things to get to it but even that one is easy of you take your time.
How does it all feel when they are done. PERFECT and smooth no Polly MVH.just like it should have been from the factory.

This also tightens up shifting - less engine (and trans) movement means less shift cable flex.-

Replace it once with a VT mount and be done with it.
Quality cost and this is not a band aid: $155.00

Ditto Dave.0's comments....my experience replacing all three OEM with VT engine/trans mounts is the same positive result.

I just realized I put this thread in the wrong category (Justa vs. S), so big thanks to all contributors.
Looks like VT is the current favorite. Has anyone also replaced the gearbox side lower mount, and can comment on the job and/or resulting performance?
Thanks.-

Depends on how long you will keep the car...
I seem to get 35,000 from the OEM ones...about $100...
VT is nice...but $$$...
Tsw is a bit less, but too much NVH for me.
Edit...
Just saw you want lower info..
I'd say have never heard many complaints about the lower...
You can stiffen it up...an insert is sold, but folks rarly have issues. -
