So; what are the mods that are 'needed' and the best bang for the $? Still a rear sway like on the justa? What else should I look into for the future?

3-hole rear sway bar, catback, cai, IE fixed camber plates, strut tower reinforcement plates, light-in-sight....for starters

Those are good places to start. I'd add H-Sport lower rear arms & a nice alignment.

An R53 is a nice upgrade.:lol: sorry I just could not help myself.

Carry on and have fun modding your new ride and making it uniquely yours.

HarHar! Yep; an R53 check-mate edition is high on the list of 'needs' when I have a new home (fingers crossed for a buyer sometime this year); and a garage... I'll begin the r53 search anew. Driving 400+miles a week and the r53 thirst just don't compute...

As for the mods; I'll add them to the list. Is an oil catch can something to consider? I seem to see a lot of S drivers mentioning that? (No idea what it does; but yea)

Thought I'd get the group's thoughts on this. I'm not noticing any torque steer that I thought was to be obvious on this model... Am I bleeding hp/torque somewhere? Something I should check? Was thinking I'd do a seafoam once this coldness breaks (per emails with Detroit tuned)...? Although it's not that I'm looking forward to the torque steer!

:cornut: My Margi (08 R56 MCS/JCWm) has never had a lot of bump steer except on rippled pavement. Maybe that's more of an R53 thing.
