    Now I'm going to try to make some sense out of this by starting a new thread about "How I wash my MINI". Discuss the topic, or, if you feel up to to it, start a new thread on "How I detail my wheel wells", "How I clean glass" etc. etc. etc.

    I was threatened with disbarment from Stl Mini Club cause I said I was not that interested in engine detailing so we might want to add that

    Engine detailing is so easy, you can cook brats, cut the lawn, do laundry, drink beer the whole time, and you engine bay will almost self-clean with my method:arf:

    Just be careful not to get any water into the ECU area. Even though it has a cover and has boots, there is still some that gets in.
    I recommend to cover best you can and then be careful not to spray near it.

    Ask me how I know.
    It's expensive too.

    I now, spray some cleaner and wipe with a cloth as much as possible.

    EDIT: You beat me to it. :D

    Thanks guys, I appreciate that. I'm a small guy who spends a LOT of time on and offline helping people with the paint issues, whether it's in person when they stop by the shop or by email/PMs I make myself available. If you get my voice mail, leave a message and I'll call you back.

    If for some reason you don't hear from me after a few days, send me a PM..sometimes I can't return a call immediately but I promise to spend as much time as needed until you're satisfied.

    I even hired another guy to help me process orders to get them out as fast as possible so I can keep helping customers.

    So every order is very much appreciated, no matter how small.

    Don't be shy about contacting me....though please remember that my toll free number 866-707-9292 rings to my cell phone and calling me at 6AM PST on Sunday morning will probably be answered by someone sounding really groggy and out of it! Yes it happened a couple weekends ago, lol.
