Here is the info folks.... Eric Jones memorial Riverrun SATURDAY, MAY 26, 2012 Eric’s Riverrun is a 225+ mile, all-day driving tour using some of Ohio’s most interesting and challenging roads. This year we’ll go south through the Hocking Hills & down to Gallipolis on the river. After a picnic on the riverbank (recommended), we’ll wind our way back north to end in Circleville. Cars leave the Bob Evans at Gender Rd. & US 33, between 8 and 9 am. We should be at the Ohio River around 12:30 pm and finish by 6 pm., depending on the time spent sightseeing. There is no fixed schedule nor any assigned speeds, other than posted speed limits. This is a tour rather than a rally. The North American MGB Register, the Buckeye Miata Club, and the Central Ohio British Car Club Council invite all driving enthusiasts, regardless of vehicle make, model or type, to join us on Eric’s Riverrun 2012. You may reserve your spot after April 1st. Contact Susan Logan at [email protected] or (740) 363-2203 for more details and to reserve your spot. There is a $10.00 fee to cover organizational expenses. All profit will be donated in Eric Jones’ memory to The James Cancer Hospital for Mesothelioma Research Fund.
I am planning on going this year. I've said that before and forgotten, please do not let that happen this year,
Do you think it would be bad form to skip my daughter's graduation party for the run????????? Alas, Have fun without me.
Thanks Chuck.... We really appreciate your reconnoiter efforts. It always makes the run so much smoother.
You really trust him to tell you the truth??????? He would say "it was" even if "it wasn't", then laugh as he took the group cross country. Jim
Yup, Chuck is totally trustworthy.... He has never led us a stray..... Well, maybe once where we kept ending up in this guy's yard using it as a turnaround.... Hey Millie.... Look, there are a bunch of MINI's going around our house.... Herb.... You didn't take your meds today.... Did you? Humph... I forgot..... Hey Millie.... Look, there are a bunch..... Never mind, where's my meds....???
I put my magnets from River Runs past on my car the other day to give myself a daily reminder of the fun to come. Just remember MINI guys if the Subaru goes down a gravel road you might not want to follow it
