This sounds like a blast. I live about 5 miles from 41 as it goes through Bainbridge. Maybe I could register by mail and fall in line at the junction of 41 and US50?

On my way home to KC in Buzz not far out of Columbus I saw one of those horse/carriage combos and they were really moving - that horse was high stepping and covering ground! it was really something to see.....not just walking like you usually see them.
On one other trip I was in northeastern Iowa and I saw an Amish hay wagon, the driver had to be standing 30 ft in the air on top of the hay load, and one horse - one of the biggest horses I've even seen - was pulling it along the road like it was nuttin....I was drop jawed in awe.... -

See you Saturday. -
What a lovely day for a drive. I'd be fibbing if I said I wasn't envious of y'all out there having safe fun.

Had a great day out on the back roads, pulled in the old folks home at 6:10. Nathan I was thinking about you. You were missed.
We are very lucky in Ohio to have great roads so close to home. -
Great, but long day today. First, we (me and PittMini) lost Stephen of Scots, in the first 10 minutes and never found him again. We waited! Sorry M8. Then Nick caught us, but we didn't wait for the long restroom line... and I did think he'd catch up with us... but we didn't see him again. Sorry Nick.
Then we diverted to the return side of the route and pulled in to Moyers -- right ahead of Crashton et al!! Then we went to Maysville, KY and toured the National Underground Railroad Museum. Then on to family in Cincy and a tour of U.C. for Hannah of PittMini. Then dinner at a diner type place and then home. Got here at about 9.
Thanks to Chuck and Bill for the routes. The part we saw was wonderful!
So it was half of RiverRun and half free range touring. But it was FUN!! -

Thank you all for coming on Eric's Riverrun
Great seeing all the folks at Eric's Riverrun, nice turn out of many different types of cars.
I saw some folks at lunch & towed a lost Morgan to the end from Rearden. The poor lady co-driver had melted down. I felt so bad for her.
On this day I like to drive by myself & enjoy a relaxing drive with Mrs. Honey. It is also the time I do exploring of new roads for future drives. Found some nice ones this year.
When Susan lets me know how many cars & what donations came in I'll post that up here. All proceeds go to the James Cancer Hospital. Your day of back road driving was for a very good cause. Thank you all.

Thanks Chuck and Bill. The drive was great and the group we were in was flying.
