    He can help you out I'm sure. When my flex pipe broke he told me what I needed to get for the fix. From what I understand BMW/MINI now has a repair part for this.

    Sorry Chad I didn't mean to slight you.

    Back when the flex pipe broke on Skooby the only fix according to MINI was a complete new exhaust at $1400 or some such crazy amount. The local muffler shop in the seedy part of town welded a new one in for under $100 bucks.

    It's great MINI has finally seen fit to have the flex pipe available separately now.

    Ok folks..Steve at EMINI was great..I just noticed the latest post. In any event, parts are heading my way(finally got around to ordering them) and, it looks like I will save over 1500.00 based on what I was originally quoted for the fix! Thanks again to all!!
