    Nope. I'll be autoxing SUNDAY. Which means I have to be at the track at 6:30am :)frown2:) to get my wheels swapped out and do my work assignment as tech inspector.

    I'm not going to stay up and watch the race then be miserable from lack of sleep when I can DVR it and catch it Monday when I get back to town. :Thumbsup:

    Was bummed today to get the news from Speed that the first race won't count toward the points total! It's a "practice" round.

    Also, in case you didn't receive/read the email, if you picked the Australian GP as your bonus race you need to go in and pick a new one.

    Nevermind... Just got the e-mail. :)

    This weekend is being called a "test drive" and any points scored won't count towards your final score. At the Malaysian Grand Prix the points will be reset to zero and the REAL competition begins.

    Got the same email about half hour ago. Speed is not very efficient with their notices.

    I don't like this "practice race" change at all, wonder why they decided to do it. :sosp:

    As to needing to change your bonus race choice if you picked Australia, you might have a couple weeks to do it since Australia doesn't count and the scoring starts as of Malaysia. I wouldn't wait though, just in case they didn't fully re-tweak the code for that part of their scoring system.

    Has anyone ever done the F1 Fanatic game? It looks a bit like the old PickSix Scott and I used to play but you pick the top five...plus the pole setting time and pole sitter...and there are actual prizes.

    I'm still going to do the SpeedTV thing but I think I might jump in on this as well. Last minute, I know. I just found it a few minutes ago.

    I signed up for the F1Fanatic game. Very similar to the Pick Six game.

    I am trying to change my bonus race from Australia but can't seem to see how.

    I imagine it's because the bonus race deadline is supposed to be 13:00 EST on the Friday before the race day. The system probably locked you out. :rolleyes5:

    Since the first race that counts will be Malaysia it's possible this will open up again after the Aussie race like the transfer window for components. I'm going to click the "Contact Us" button and ask and complain.
