I've never seen a dog watch TV like she does.... When we first got her it was anything with 4 legs that caught her attention, now she watches pretty much anything, but 4 legged creatures (animated or real, doesn't matter) and cars are her favorites, She likes to get right up to the TV for a good close look, like in the puppy bowl pic. She'll watch for hours, but if she hears a baby animal mewing or crying she gets a little frantic, wanting to get to it..
I can't believe no one mentioned this in commentary before/during the race. Overzealous fan nearly sends Red Bull spinning (the sydney morning herald)
Hey Steve you figure they used some super special F1 duct tape for that job? That is an amazing story.
Special duct tape, right, with a fake carbon fiber pattern printed on it. I think they should have presented that fan with a bill for the engine cover.

That was pretty good, but you'd have to know the drivers to understand it. Why was Mika sending Red Bull, he never drove for them, did he?
Officially Official! Kimi to NASCAR with Red Bull racing. http://community.nascar.com/2011jeep/blog/2010/08/26/official:_kimi_raikkonen_signs_with_red_bull_racing_for_2012
I see. They are having a problem getting an F1 race in US, so instead they will just try to bring over the drivers. One at a time.
I think he was just being a d!ck by sending them Redbulls cause they were being beaten by them all the time.
Mr. Button makes a good point. Imagine how the McLarens would have run if they actually started the season in Bahrain... Button relishing extra two development weeks (gpupdate.net)
I was sorry to see Sauber decided not to appeal their Melbourne disqualification. Don't know if it would have been successful but it seems like they had some hope given the idea (or claim anyway) that it had no positive affect on performance. It is a classy move though to just say we checked it out and it breaks the regs so we were wrong and we'll suck it up. I doubt any other team on the grid would have dropped the appeal.
I hope Kimi has better luck in NASCAR than he's had in the WRC. ut: I think Sauber did not appeal because losing the appeal would be potentially much worse than having supposedly broken a rule in the first place.
