All hale the great Bernie.... Rome would have been a spectacular venue for a one off F1 event, a venue that many fans could have enjoyed...but it's really not about that is it?
Ferrari's 2011 Formula One car will be called the F150 to celebrate this year's 150th anniversary of the unification of Italy. "Ferrari is an expression of Italian excellence, talent and creativity," said Ferrari president Luca di Montezemolo said. "All the men and women who put so much effort and passion into their work at Maranello share the pride and responsibility of representing our country around the world and it is in this spirit that we chose to dedicate this car to an event that is so important for the whole of Italy." Ferrari said Italian President Giorgio Napolitano had "expressed his appreciation of the initiative".

Still views in this one. I esp. like the top view, paused it there for a while. Still amazes me that they can pack so much, incl. full fuel loads again this year (+ KERS?), under so little bodywork. The new Lotus Renault: Unfortunately they'll all still have that massive front wing this year and look at all the crap on this one!
Odd indeed. Can't wait to see the rest. Fortunately Mercedes, Red Bull, Williams and Toro Rosso are scheduled to launch 1 Feb. The other Lotus, Team Lotus, launched today but the few pics they made avail look like renderings rather than real photos so I didn't bother to post them up.
