I enjoyed this race. Seems we may finally be settling in though. Too bad for Big Mac.

I don't think so. The results seem to be very track oriented. Adrian Newey was interviewed and he said they are still not comfortable with their car. I think the track is going to be a bigger factor in the results this year.

I agree, but I wouldn't be surprised if things start to settle down with just a few or even only a couple of teams pulling clear of the others before long. Most of the big team principals have been quoted saying they're in a bigger development war this year than they've seen for quite a few years. They also say it's a "different kind of development war" (whatever that means) but development wars usually lead to dominance -- sooner or later -- by those with the biggest budget(s) as they outspend those who can't afford to improve at the same rate.

One result of this so far has been Ferrari already improving from having a very mid-pack car early in the season to being one of the leading teams now. Unlike previous years of Ferrari big budget spending, this time it's actually improved the racing...so far.

I'll be happier if the racing stays relatively unpredictable. We'll see, so far so good.

I think the improvements to the Ferrari are as much of a surprise to other teams as it's poor performance was at the beginning of the year - especially Massa's - his turnaround the last couple of races is phenominal!

This season is still way to early to call, and I think that's a good thing, when you think about how far ahead Vettel was at this point last year.

I still think Lotus will win at least one race this year, and I wouldn't be surprised if Sauber and Force India did too.

Webber eliminated speculation about his seat next year by re-signing with Red Bull, but Massa's future with Ferrari is still not entirely certain. Did silly season start when I had my back turned?

Dealing with that ratio of power-to-weight, in the wet, is certainly man's work.

But, myself, I would have dipped the headlights to avoid that annoying blue high beam warning light. I'm sure that's what'll be it was for.......:rolleyes5:

Best season in years. It is never a foregone conclusion who will win.
