Maybe Vettel has some help. (I'm old enough to remember the schumacher/benetton talk of the same ilk.) Formula 1′s Leading Team Has a Big Secret
So, what is the article saying, that's it's some sort of conspiracy? that Red Bull doesn't want Mock Webba to win races? Gimme a break.......this is such old news. Typical British motoring press......if it's not about Hamilton or Jens winning, then it's a conspiracy to cheat by whoever is winning. There is no question they've (Reds bull) figured something out, but so have other teams - look at the way the Sauber could pull away from Hammy in Korea, even he was amazed by how much more "traction" it had. Does anyone seriously believe that Red Bull would take a chance on losing the championship (and all that TV money) by cheating? Or at least cheating in a way that could be found out? I think they've probably come up with something extremely clever, that once found will be excluded in next years rules, or won't even matter because the rule changes already in place will exclude it. And what's this about the teams having to PAY for the points they win? Edit: that system is for next season They have to write about something, don't they? And it's always so much better if they can drum up a nice juicy scandal.....too bad there isn't one really there.
Qualifying was interesting. I look forward to seeing the green flag drop, or in the case of F1, the red lights going out.
I assume this is photochop........if this is real Mr. Webba loses all credibility with me. Red bull has done nothing but give him the best car on the grid and the best team resources on the grid to make his championship run. The fact that he got beat consistently is no one's fault but his own.
I hope it is real, cause he has every right to show his contempt for a team that has consistently treated him as a #2/test driver for Vettle. Here's to him getting all the best at Porsche.
I respectfully disagree......if Mock Webba wanted to be treated as a number 1 driver, all he had to do was beat Vettel......and he couldn't. How many races did he start by going backward thru the field? Was that the team's fault, or his? So for him to have a negative opinion of the team is unwarranted. That's as politely put as I can.....:frown2:
That was some race! While I'm not thrilled with the outcome, it did keep me on the edge of my seat for most of it instead of napping during the mid sections.

Interesting race, Rogro drove his nuts off all race and deserves his place. I also was surprised at the end, and I don't know what to think about the strategy they used with Webba.... I'm sure the media will be playing the heck out of it this next week.
^^^ That was my take also.... It would have been interesting to see what would have happened had Webber been able to get by Romain in a timely manner.
Yep Webber got a farewell screwing from team Red Bull, another great drive by Grojean and my favorite quote of the day was from Vettel during a radio transmission whilst leading in the last laps, and easily on his way to a fifth straight win: "It's not fair, tell them to get out of the way, it's not fair...."
