The title makes it seem to be all about Coulthard and the car but it's really a tribute video. A good one. :yesnod:

I LOVE those old on-boards. A real pleasure to actually hear and see some real driving.

    1000hp and a manual is real racing........:D

If there are easily-frightened animals or small children nearby, save this for later. Otherwise, turn it up!!! If you have really good speakers you're gonna feel this one. :yesnod:

This mis-matched set is roughly the last third of the 1987 Spanish GP. There's about a 2 minute overlap between the end of the first and the start of the second (the one marked Part 1).

Great, close racing between Senna, Prost, Piquet, Boutsen, Berger, etc, with Mansell largely ignored for quite a while because he's well ahead of the pack. It's actually only as close as it is -- 2nd through 6th or so -- because for a number of laps Senna (in 2nd) holds up a handful of others but even after that log jam breaks there's good stuff caused by the effect of bunching those cars together.

This video is awesome all the way, in the way they fight for positions, but at 2:54 is breath taking the Stealth Piquet is in action.

    Richard Hammond's Engineering Connections - about F1
The bit with the carbon fiber drive shaft in the torque meter is not to be missed. The segment starts about 24 minutes in. 20 Minutes, if you want to see the Carbon Fiber lead up.
