Due to rally rules I can only fit factory parts to my R50 so I was wondering how the S oil cooler works and what parts are required? looking online the cooler is an heat exchanger hooked up some place to the cooling system. Any photos/info would be greatly appreciated.

Are you allowed to twist their rules a little???

How about using the MINI OEM automatic transmission oil cooler to cool the engine oil???? Heh Heh Heh

The rules only get strict when folks start winning! I could fit something like you've suggested but if I win(I'm planning on that) then this would be an issue.

You would not be the first to turn the Auto Trans cooler into an Oil Cooler.
