    Because I am very conservative I believe the Net should be open to all people with out restrictions. So I would prefer that the government keep their hands off. But I don't want a company to decide what I see or to adjust the speed of sights I go to ether.

    Yes........but goverment does need to impose some very strict, simple rules to maintain equal access for all. Just like other utilities, because that's what the internet has become to most folks.
