When ever you sell a new car that quickly you take a bath. Why would anyone pay a lot when they can get a new one.
Maybe the dealer will give you some kind of swap deal.-

Those answers are kinda what I was thinking.
Like I said, it doesn't get my heart pumping; not like my '09 JCW hardtop, or even my '04 Cooper S with a few performance mods.
But what the heck; I'm 60 years old now, and I occasionally jump out of airplanes. I'll get my heart pumping that way.
Maybe I'll learn to love this car, once the weather gets nice enough that I can give it a good detail job; maybe a few cosmetic mods..-

my dealer has sold exactly 1 paceman, all the rest are sitting on the lot at discount prices and/or being used as loaners
they hit me up to trade my cms all4 evey time i stop by for a wash or coffee
i would consider yourself lucky if you can get what you owe -
Yea, you would be lucky to get what you owe. To get a "baseline" on what it's worth, take it to Carmax, it will be ugly though. Bet they would come in at $25,000. Just list it yourself, Autotrader....ect. Really, it's that bad? And it's a JCW too......Good luck on whatever you do

hmm... i have a 2014 Paceman JCW on order that's spec'd out almost exactly like yours. it's been over 6 months since i ordered it and i'm starting to wonder if i should just ask for my deposit back. i love the look of the Paceman and the idea of the JCW (i could only test drive an S). i was really excited about this car.
but i'm starting to think it's not worth the wait, especially for the price. i've seen some posts that MINI may discontinue the Paceman as well, so there probably will be very little resale value.
anyone else out there with a JCW Paceman that can sway us one way or the other? -

lol. i just found out that my dealer has a JCW Countryman on that lot. i'm going to see if i can test drive it.
i really liked the Paceman S ALL4 when i test drove it, so i'm sure the JCW will be awesome. i'm just a bit bummed about my timeline and that they aren't selling well or holding their value... -
