I've always had a soft spot for Shooting Break type versions of coupes. Ferrari's latest model is that mold. The new FF--an acronym for Ferrari Four (four seats and four-wheel drive)--replaces its 612 Scagletti and ushers in an entirely new GT sports car concept.

The 4WD is a turn off for me personally, but I really like the looks. But I really love the 612 and the California !

Looks like BMW M coupe from the side. Curious what Enzo would have had to say about this.

Is it just me or does the profile bring back memories of the BMW M coupe thing.....?

Usually love all things Ferrari but this is evoking so many different feelings that I'm not sure if I like the idea or absolutely hate it.....guess it needs digestive time....

Me thinks that if Enzo were still with us, it would never have gotten past the drawing board..

Man, that thing is awesome. So much better than the 612, IMO.

Yes it does evoke memories of the M Coupe.

Which harkens back to the Aston Martin

And we can go back to one of the first...the Bentley S2

I like it! For my taste the best looking Ferrari since the Daytona. Of course I'm still in love with the M Coupe, so I guess this is another example of beauty being in the eye of the beholder, eh?

Actually Enzo would not have rolled in his grave, or bunched it up and tossed it on the design room floor. Throughout his reign, there were several shooting brake specials, including a 456 originally made for somebody so rich, their title was Sultan:

    Here's a 330gt brake:

    And a 365 brake:

BTW, from now on, I want to be referred to as 'The Sultan of Helix':D

And not to be out-done, Dr. Ferry got a 928 brake as a birthday gift from the company. I don't think this is the exact one, but here's the idea.

Maybe after I see it more I'll like it better....when the Porsche Pan America first came out I detested it but now after seeing them in person and having time to digest something so different from the P people I really like it for what it is! Money aside It would be at the top of my list for a four four!!

Enzo might not role over in his grave over it but I have serious doubt that he would crawl into bed and make love to it either....

PS: "Sultan of Helix" does have a certain ring to it...lol
