Never mind about the suspended license, three DUIs 24 year old Russian driver (my fellow countrymen never seize to make me feel ashamed to share my heritage with them), or where he got that car. They really need to close PCH to everything Ferrari. That road is just a burial ground for that marquee. 1 Killed As Ferrari Hits Power Pole Along PCH, Splits In Half « CBS Los Angeles
At the end of the report, "KNX 1070′s Ed Mertz reports that authorities are trying to figure out why the driver lost control." How long should that take? I figured it out by the time I got to the end of the sentence. Cheers! Chris
"Ferrari" is what makes this news. Assuming the estimated speed was 90MPH. any car could have done the same thing. A Honda Civic wouldn't have received nearly this much attention. Shouldn't a Ferrari be just as safe on this road as any other car? I think so, but not in the hands of the immataure. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a test for maturity that is used by the DMV. And how many DUI's does one have to earn before they are placed where they can't drive? What a shame - a young man dies because he got in a car with the wrong driver.

Seriously, the hazard lights and interior lights come on after a crash? Not that I want to find out the hard way, of course.
