that is a dealer sticker. I installed them when I had to put in a new dme.

I've never heard of anyone doing that.. Not that I know all the turners or anything...
Maybe that is a "canned tune" and that is their code for it. Most other dyno tunes would all be different so no way to really "name" them..
Wonder if that is warranty work from MINI USA vendor.. -
There is a hand written number written by both the program # and basic # but they are really hard to read.

Most tuners read and flash tunes to the ECU via the ODB II port and never pull the ECU.
This looks like something from a dealership maybe warranty work. -

Times they are a changing.. The ODB II port is being used for more and more things, tuning,
with adapter you can blue tooth in with your smart phone and get/watch all kinds of info in real time, to name just a couple. -
