There is a firewall gasket on the passenger side also. Our power for our trailer comes right off the battery, and the line runs through it to the back end of the Clubman.
I'll go see if I can find it and take a pic.

Eatin donuts with MOM...
Power can go through the rubber gasket on the drivers side directly under the fuse box. You can probably pick an empty spot and add a fuse for protection and get your power there as well.... -
Thanks MM and Lotsie. I thought, perhaps I had not worded the question properly or put it in the wrong section, thus I made the other post. I now have learned that there is a plastic cover over the grommet that must be removed first. Once I get this done I'll do up a DIY.
