    Congrats! I see you had the bonnet open too! That's the way to show it!

    All too often at these shows cars are showing with the bonnets and boots closed and they win. Too many friends I guess. When we go to popular vote shows if a vehicle has the bonnet closed we don't even look at it!

    Thanks a lot guys!

    Yes! A stock Clubby can and did beat several nice Subaru's (including an almost brand new WRX STI), Civics and Acuras.

    Mr. Jim I must say that I believe what put me ahead was the fact that the boot, bonnet, both doors plus club door, barn doors and sunroofs were wide open for all to see! Almost every car there had everything closed with a couple using springs to just crack the hood open.

    Congrats :) I don't open my bonnet at car shows because it's nasty and I don't want to show off my dirt.
