and hit 45K miles---it was driven much more the first five years. I bought it after GM took our EV1s away and had to adjust to driving an ICE car again, but it has been a flawless vehicle. I, am, however, looking for a copy of the Windshield Class Action Settlement Letter for 2013s, which the manufacturer wants to "see" to decide if mine qualifies. My service tech at Mini of Monrovia, CA is all over it. Another great feature of a fine auto.
:cornut: Welcome to MA. We're glad that you're here. Pictures of your MINI if possible and fill in a garage. Most dealerships provide good experiences as long as we're pleasant, knowledgeable, and cordially try to work with them. I'm glad that you have a good Service Tech. Jason
Welcome, thanks for joining Motoring Alliance, the FUN and Friendly MINI Community. You can find a PDF of the Windshield Class Action here Website about it can be found at http://www.miniwindshieldactions.com/CaseInfo.aspx?pas=MiniWindshieldActions We had quite the discussion about the matter about a year ago. See http://www.motoringalliance.com/forums/cooper-s/14042-windshield-class-action-lawsuit.html#axzz2XGH0W6So I do not judge either way, the choice is yours to pursue or not. Merely providing the info you seek, it is what we do here. Well that and eat donuts.
