Harbor Freight are basically disposable tools. But I got the first Jack for less than 50 bucks, and it still works (although the metal wheel jams so it doesn't slide well anymore). I can't count how many people at the track have borrowed it then bought one--it's so light, for 50 bucks, its tough to beat for light duty. I think the new one, made by Pittsburgh, will actually hold up even better--it's significantly improve with regard to the sturdiness of the parts. I've bought many cheap tool there though--sometimes, with discounts, they end up being free...Hard to beat that.
