From that area it does look like PS fluid. Sorry that's the best I got.
Good luck with your repair and just keep an eye on all you fluids until your appt.
Oh and check that your brake fluid or the slave cyclinder is not leaking. My slave cyclinder did leak like that before it went out and it was a cheap fix at the dealership and I replaced the Master and Slave at the same time.
