Less than 6,000 miles on this wheel/tire combination. No nails or curb action. Selling because they don't fit over my 13" Wilwoods.

Please make me a reasonable offer and we can work out a deal.

    Hey M^Cubed,

To confirm, we are looking at wheels mounted on a Gen1 mini which means 12mm lugs. The wheels are 17" R85's (S-Lites). Correct me if I am wrong here.

Need a little more info first before reasonable offers can be made:
    -more detailed (up close) pictures
-what tires you got on them, amount of even/uneven wear
-overall condition of wheels and tires
-are the wheels factory OEM or 3rd party chrome-plating/re-chroming?
-how many miles are on the wheels/tires?

    Daveage98 + Jazz

The wheels are 17" with stock PIRELLI - Eufori@ tires. (they are still very fresh and should not have any un-even wearing. I did not drive on them for more than a week while having a lowered suspension)

I would call the condition good to great, but I will get photos and let that speak for them.

    The chrome is factory.

The first sentence in my thread states there is less than 6K miles on the whole thing.

My car just turned 17K miles and I have a few other sets of wheels I rotate with - the S-Lites not being one of them because they don't fit over my brakes.

Oh - yes they ARE R85's

Okay, looking forward to seeing more pictures.

Are there any marks on the wheels (front or back)?

The tires a very fresh, any idea how much tread remaining?

I will measure tread depth tonight with my ruler that goes to 32nd's

As far as marks go - I will double check, but I can't see any reason for there to be any, but ya never know what those buggers are up to when they sit around for a while HA HA HA.

Yes, nail-biting accurate measurements with that depth-measuring instrument!

M^Cubed: Are there any blemishes on the chrome frontside or backside? (ie dings, scratches, nicks, or dull spots-brake dust)? One of the wheels looked a bit dull but it was hard to tell seeing as they were still wet.
    Thanks for providing those pictures!

HAHA we were having problems around the house and it is 120 degrees out here in Phoenix, so I did a quickie.

The front sides are immaculate, I'll check the backsides, but I assume the same.

The two front tires tread is a little less deep than the rears, but still pretty darn new.

That's the suggested MSRP. Did you purchase them as an option when you purchased your Mini, as an extra package later, or other?

They were an option.. I am defiantly NOT suggesting they are worth that much. I would never pay that much. You can buy them as singles elsewhere for ~$260.00 (wheel only)

I'm just stating a factory fact HAHAHAHA :aureola:

I'm defiantly not looking for "a lot"... Just hoping to be able to get a new set of rubber for another set of wheels or help with all the pain with purchasing a new home (my first home)

Home owner transfer fees, Warranty, Inspection, Loan Origination Fee, Title Transfer... etc etc. ADDS the FREAK UP especially when I will be living there alone.

Trying to have less stuff to carry to the new home. I was just keeping them around in case I sold the car and the new owner wanted to turn it to stock/original.

    2 tires are at 9/32nd's and 1 6/32nd's and 1 is 5/32nd's

So the rear 2 are "81%" and the front are "55% and 45%".. I guess that is how you would do it. :)

The rear of the wheels have no physical damage, but there is a couple weird discolorations in the barrel. Nothing too I would notice with a wheel on my car.

New photos will be up in a little bit.

It doesn't sound like you ever rotated these tires, or, they must wear quite quickly?

    UPDATE

I never rotated the tires - they were only on the car for 2K miles during my ownership of the car..

I'm the 3rd owner of the car, car had 4K miles on it when I purchased it.

One of the wheels was a warranty replacement at like 1-2k miles so one wheel is "newer"

    hopefully that covers everything... pheeeewwww

You were the 3rd owner in only 4k miles? That's short ownership for a Mini! Do you know at what mileage the 2nd owner took possession? Do you know if these wheels were on the car right out of the dealership? Do you know why the one wheel was replaced?
